Written-communications CSR specialist

Seeking experienced CSR with excellent written- and spoken-English skills to join our growing American-based team.

Our California agency operates CSR for two major, well-established firms whose costumers love them. We’re looking to expand our roster of Phillipine-based free-lance (hourly) agents who primarily respond to emails and social media comments. Our hours are 9 a.m. -to-5 p.m. Pacific, Monday-Friday and 9 a.m. - to- 12 p.m. Pacific Saturdays and Sundays.
If you are looking to add 20-40 hours of work to your weekly schedule, you have reliable Internet and computer, and are experienced at written communications with English-speaking customers, we would love to hear from you!

Successful candidates must pass a vigorous round of interviews and at least two rounds of written tests, and must have ID proof.
