WordPress Expert

I'm looking for a WordPress expert who has strong critical thinking skills to join my team on a project. We're building a membership WordPress website.

Skills Needed:
Very familiar with WordPress themes and modifying/customizing themes
Very comfortable installing and configuring complex plugins (Membership, Events, LMS, etc)

Time:
Must be available to begin working ASAP.

Application Tips:
A good way to set yourself apart is give me comfort that you're capable of setting up complex WordPress ---------- will be helpful for us if you can screen record something you've done and share a link, provide case studies, list examples, etc. We want to know 1. that you're very comfortable in the WordPress ecosystem and 2. if you don't know something, you can figure it out.
