Digital Marketing Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timelines and deadlines on all client projects are met
- Work with the team to facilitate communication and action steps to ensure work is being done to meet deadlines
- Work with vendors, tech team, marketing team, and leadership team to ensure you are up to date with timelines and initiatives
- Be detail-oriented and ensure team members have the resources to execute the work being assigned in a timely manner. If the Project Manager lacks resources, they ensure the issue is brought up to the appropriate department leader in tech, operations, creative, or marketing departments to support the team
- Ensure client questions are addressed with 1 business day
-Attend required team meetings and client meetings to ensure full knowledge of the work being done is understood and mapped out in Basecamp properly
- Check-in with the client as needed to make sure needs are being met
