Healthcare Recruiter

We are a US healthcare agency that provides comprehensive services for hospitals, doctor’s offices, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and home care agencies.

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist who has an in-depth understanding and experience in the full cycle recruiting process for US-based healthcare professionals. The individual in this role is responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of healthcare professionals to work for per diem work or contract assignments.

The ideal candidate for this role is proactive, adaptable, efficient, collaborative and possesses the awareness and understanding of the healthcare job market trends.

Duties include:
• Own full-cycle recruiting process
• Self-starter with strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and time-management skills
• Building exceptional relationships with candidates through the interview and hiring process
• Compliance/Credentialing/On-boarding—becoming familiar with requirements and processes
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms, discussing assignment details etc
• Ability to solve problems, and make procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues

*Ability to promptly learn systems, processes and procedures.
