Sales and Marketing Maneger for Consulting Company

We are now hiring 3 talented people, one Sales and Marketing Manager, and two Lead Generation Specialists. We have created an exercise to find the most independent thinking sales manager that can manage the Sales Team and make decisions on his own. We will, of course, be there to help but having a foundation to think for yourself and make decisions by yourself will be crucial to this position. Through this exercise, we will determine who will be selected as the Sales and Marketing Manager and will be in charge of two Lead Generation Specialists and who will be the Lead Generation Specialists.
