We have a small 9 user implementation of Microsoft CRM Dynamics 2013 ( recently upgraded from CRM 4.0) and are looking for some assistance in optimization, administration, and lite customization.
Currently there are several addons such as C360 document core pack that might have an impact on performance that we need assistance in troubleshooting. Experience with addons is maditory. Also, SQL server 2012 database maintenance & optimization is an aspect we will be asking some questions about.
The environment is a completely virtualized 2012R2 environment with Exchange 2013 running on the same (different dedicated VM server) subnet that has been in production a couple of months.
