Customer Support Supervisor / Manager

We are an American Arts & Crafts direct-to-consumer brand looking for a long-term, full-time customer service supervisor/manager to assist in managing our PH VA team, handle email & live chat customer tickets as well as Facebook Messenger inquiries.

You must have:
- Previous experience and track record of Customer Service
- Excellent with Excel/Google Sheets
- Exceptional online manners are a must
- Perfect written English
- Willing to rotate graveyard shifts and weekends with other team members.
- Fast typer 60wpm+
- Fast Internet (15 Mbps/download and 3 Mbps/upload high-speed internet minimum)

Your job responsibilities:
- Run Past SLA Reports (daily checks to ensure that everything shipped as it should've).
- Monitor other VAs and ensure their responses to customers are satisfactory and issues are actually resolved.
- Managing other VAs shifts
- Build a KB and training videos for future VAs
- Help weed out any inefficiencies in our customer care team.

- Above-market pay $1,100 per month (160 hours) + $100 increase after 3 months + below benefits:
