Do You Love Systems?

Having done countless job interviews and hired multiple people, I have realized that passion is essential for job performance. I am therefore looking for a couple of persons who have the same passion for systems as I have. You don't need to have experience but you need to be motivated by working on systems. Let me tell you a bit more.

We are a startup consultancy that helps small businesses streamline business processes. Our vision is to systematize companies, so work and communication run smoothly. This includes implementing project management tools for teams to creating a sales process for a sales team to follow with eg a CRM.

What are you going to be doing? You will together with me create systems, we will create processes by making flow charts and other models to visualize the process. Then we will combine different software to support the people doing the process with the right information. We work in operations, but instead of us being the ones who just follow the same process again and again, we are the creative ones who develop it, change it, optimize it to make it work perfectly. We are the innovators. We create.

Since we will be working together you will have to be really good at speaking English as well as having a good stable connection to have ---------- would be good if you are younger since you will have to learn a lot of new things. And actually could you please include the word systematize in your job application since there will likely be a lot who copy past. I also need you to be very fast on a computer and have a fast computer since we will be sharing our screens a lot.
