Balance Health ( ---------- .hk) is a holistic health provider operating several businesses in Hong Kong. Our mission is to leverage the ancient wisdom of Chinese and other alternative medicines to assist people in their journey to health, balance and personal growth.
Balance Health comprises three businesses:
- Oriental Health, a Premier Chinese Medicine clinic in Hong Kong ( ---------- .hk).
- Balance Health, a natural holistic and wellness clinic ( ---------- .hk).
- Balance Potential, a leading corporate wellness provider in Hong Kong and Asia ( ---------- )

We are now seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support our growth and help us fulfill our vision. Tasks and Responsibilities
Websites: We have five websites in total and each one needs to be maintained and continuously improved over time, together with our IT partners.
- Copywriting of new web pages, images and design; optimize the user interface and user experience
- Drive, maintain and improve our SEO (search engine optimization)
E-Commerce: We maintain an online shops where we sell physical products, and we offer online services in the form of online consultations and other services entirely online that are fully automated online.
- Manage our online shops, mange the product offering in the shops
- Drive, maintain and improve our online service offering
Digital Media Marketing: We maintain an online presence across various social media channels and through newsletters and EDM
- Social media: Maintain our presence and represent Balance in copy, images and video formats
- Newsletter & E-DM: Product a monthly newsletter and ad-hoc EDM campaigns
Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop partnerships and manage existing partners to collaborate and drive business
- Promotion and customer retention program
- PR & Events

What we expect from you:
- Passion in natural & holistic healing and being the ambassador of Balance to share our holistic approach
- Copy writing skills
- Experience in managing social media channels
- Understanding of SEO and how to optimize it
- Familiar with WordPress Websites and how to improve the customer UI and experience
- Experience in email marketing and Active Campaign
- Production of simple videos (recording, editing)
- Commercial sense to develop and manage partners
- A network with bloggers, journalists and freelancers in the segment of healing, health and wellness will be a plus
- Chinese language skills are a plus
