Social Media Manager & Writer for company in Running & Walking industry

We are a unique fitness company that sells LED lights for running and walking in the dark. We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to help spread the word about our brand. This is a FULL TIME position and would like a dedicated new staff member, and not someone who is managing multiple businesses. We have big plans for 2021 and are looking for the right person to grow with us.
Primary Responsibility: Social Media Management, which includes:
-Create engaging content, including text, photo and video, and post daily on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram (we have resources for you).
-Monitoring, managing and responding to followers and post messages.
-Report on daily social media progress, including measuring SEO and web traffic metrics.
-Collaborate with manager to ensure brand consistency

Secondary Responsibilities:
-Blog Posts: Writing and editing a keyword rich Blog post each week for our website (and can also be used for Social Media Content).
-Customer service: Respond to customer service Emails daily (M-F). All of our customer service communication is done by email, so no phone calls necessary.
-Email Campaign Creation: Design and write content for a weekly email campaign to customer base.
-Influencer Management: Reaching out to influencers in our market by social media or email to create new promotional opportunities.

Requirements:
-Strong copywriting skills in English is critical.
-Creativity to come up with new and engaging content.
-Ability to create images and video content.
-Proven experience and mastery of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
-Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media.
-Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
