JOB OVERVIEW

Overall Purpose: To provide administrative support to founder, Antoinette Patterson, while working remotely.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and project management. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype, Slack and Whatsapp.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle a mix of administrative, human resources (HR) and customer service projects. The candidate is to deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

However, we will start with one scope of work first (admin/hr) before we move on into marketing responsibilities.


Responsibilities
-Provide customer support (clients and counsellors) as first point of contact for Safe Space
-Respond to emails and phone calls
-Schedule meetings
-Manage a contact list (marketing purposes)
-Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records using ASANA
-Organize manager’s calendars
-Perform market research
-Create presentations, as assigned
-Address employees / freelance administrative queries
-Assistance with HR related tasks


Skills / Experience
Essential:
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
-Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
-Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
-Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
-Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
-Excellent time management skills
-Solid organizational skills



Working Conditions
-Remote work
-8 hours daily, 5 days a week (SGD $500)
