Customer Service & Order Management

Looking for a customer service & order manager.

I have a small online ecommerce store that does custom art on canvas in the USA. We currently have 10 orders a day (Christmas time), but on most days more like 3 orders. Each order requires to 1) get in touch with a client (through email) to confirm their order and then 2) send the order to one of the freelancers 3) once freelancer finishes the job it needs to be sent to client.

This job requires:
1) Good English skills
2) Logging in to the system twice a day
3) Experience in customer service
4) Ability to manage freelancers/graphic designers

We would be paying $2 + $1 (bonus) per order so roughly $300 per month

Platforms: Shopify, Trello, Email and we will add Help Scout.

We will be helping you to improve on the job as you go and if the business grows your functions will grow too.
