JOB OVERVIEW

This is a home-based job for a fulfillment company. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, motivated customer service representative (Non-voice).

Responsibilities:
• Enter Data/Orders/Items accurately into the platform
• Follow up with customers
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Manage a large number of emails and requests
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Requirements:
• Excellent English language & grammar
• Experience in Microsoft Excel and Access
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must have a good internet connection – 20 MBPS and up
