Service Properties in a real estate investment firm searching for a highly-enthusiastic, motivated Marketing Guru to join our team. If you are a talented Go-Getter with marketing magic (real estate marketing knowledge a plus!) with a passion for helping people, then we are interested in you!
Your chief goal will be to expand our clientele both on the seller and buyer side, to increase our reach effectively and creatively by targeting our ideal market. You will also be responsible for maintaining our upstanding online image both on our website and various social media platforms.

Primary Responsibilities/Expectations

Target zip codes and areas that meet our criteria
Send postcards to targeted areas
Various Propstream functions - use Heat Map, Stack Lists for targeted areas according to certain criteria, Skip Trace lists
Run the text campaign to targeted areas
Update website with new properties/price reductions
Send property flyers to our buyer list
Keep records of all marketing sent
Create a strategy to market ideal areas

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Marketing experience
Ability to accurately and efficiently pinpoint ideal new areas to market to

Industry: Real Estate
(Some real estate experience preferred)
