I am looking for someone to create instagram reels for recipes that I send across.

I will need someone to buy the ingredients for the recipes.
I will need someone to have the equipment to shoot professional looking cooking videos from above (overhead).
I will need them to use their hands to create the recipes which will feature in the videos.
I need them to edit into short format (30 second) videos that are suitable for instagram reels which will be frame size 16:9 (the size of a full iphone screen taking a video)
I will need them to add text of the ingredients.
