Executive Director VA

I want an executive director to do all the work for me to design and develop an affiliate marketing company promoting clickfunnels and various russel brunson affiliate products. The person must coordinate with me and design and implement, also with the help of other professionals, a digital company starting from affiliate marketing. My company is an Italian company (1.500.000 euro/year) for which we require a person who knows how to coordinate with me personally.
Our company is currently trading investment gold.
The person who will be chosen will have an economic incentive based on a percentage of 10% on the gross margin generated. The person we are looking for must have a specific proven track record of success in affiliate marketing; must know how to coordinate an affiliate marketing project from its beginnings up to a major expansion; must be able to choose collaborators who help him proficiently in the implementation of the entire project by successive phases; the person we are looking for must be able to coordinate with our company; correctly grading the results to be achieved; to make and maintain the project capable of sustaining itself economically independently.
I am looking for an executive director as a first test project he has to write the project which he will then carry out detailing it in terms of times, methods, costs, resources to rent.
The executive director will earn PHP 30,000 per month for this job.
For the test project, i.e. for writing the executive project, I am willing to pay 5,000 PHP.
Only after I have received at least three Executive Projects and paid for them will I choose the chosen Executive Director. For the first 5,000 PHP job the candidate will have a pdf manual called Affiliate Bootcamp available ( ---------- ); in this text there are 16 sample projects among which the candidate should choose which Executive Project model to create and which Executive Project to write.
Once this choice was communicated, I purchased a 5,000 PHP assignment for him that must be completed in 7 working days (mandatory).
The best project will be defined through a feasibility check.
The feasibility will be verified by a specialist who has already made over $ 2,000,000 in margins through the CLickfunnel tools and affiliate marketing based on the same tools proposed in the Affiliate Bootcamp pdf.
