Are You A Project Manager? I Need Your Help

Our business has a lot of potential to grow tremendously in the next few months. The best way for us to keep growing is if I can focus on adding more projects and interacting with clients while handing off team management to someone else.

WHAT WE DO: 
Our business is 80% WordPress web design. We create custom-designed websites built on WordPress with the Beaver Builder Framework. 
We go through a design process. Then a development process. And finally, we launch.

OUR PROBLEM:
Things have been going good but now with more projects than ever, things are getting missed and slowing down. I've been adding more members to my team but I need help keeping everyone focused, communicating, and on task. I need someone who will help communicate with the team our goals on a daily basis as well as ensure that we receive the deliverable that are required each day.

Our team currently consists of the following people:

1. Web / Graphic Designer
2. Senior Developer
3. Junior Developer

We are actively seeking another Web Designer and WordPress Builders.
