General Job Description & Requirements
This job encompasses two areas…. 1.) Social Media 2.) Website Monitoring
1. Social Media Requirements
-Have basic knowledge of best practices for each social media platform and follow
-Schedule posts according to best practices scheduling times, number of posts, etc.
-Gain insight on our target market and provide ideas for product and clinic specials.
-Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.
-Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams.
-Monitor the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users.
-Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews.
-Analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan.

? Attract followers by liking other people’s posts, inviting to like page, etc. (Daily)
? Respond to all Facebook messages (Daily)
Instagram Tasks
? Schedule Instagram posts (Daily/Weekly)
? Interact with people who comment directing them to website for additional info (Daily)
? Attract followers by liking other people’s posts, inviting to like page, etc. (Daily)
? Respond to all Instagram messages (Daily)
LinkedIn Tasks
? Schedule LinkedIn posts (Daily/Weekly)
? Interact with people who comment directing them to website for additional info (Daily)
? Attract followers by liking other people’s posts, inviting to like page, etc. (Daily)
? Respond to all LinkedIn messages (Daily)

2. Website Monitoring and Wordpress
-Website- review and suggest changes and improvements to 4 of the current websites
-Content- post content created by the content creators
-Monitor- review and correct suggestions via SEMRush plugin
-Check links and monitor overall health of websites
-Implement ecourse sales on 1 of the 4 websites

Other Requirements
• Expert English communication
• Trello Microsoft Office 365(Excel, Word etc…)
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Timely responsiveness
• Great attitude
• Desire to improve your skills through engagement and study
• Ability to take constructive feedback
• Willingness to attend digital meetings and take notes/minutes/task lists if necessary
• Wordpress intermediate level
• Basic knowledge of above social media sites
• Initially your work hours should coincide with ours 8-5CST. As we become more acquainted with your progress, you can work your own times.
