Word Press Web Master

We are seeking a Word Press Web Developer who can enhance our digital offerings. Utilizing WordPress, we are seeking a word press web developer who can assist several hours per week in speed optimization. This individual should feel more than comfortable living and breathing in WordPress.

Responsibilities:

· Optimize sites for speed, functionality, and user experience

· Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues

· Create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics

· Oversee technology/website analyzation/Google Analytics

· Monitor performance of live website

· Other duties as assigned by management

· Manages Word Press website themes

· Be able to creatively visualize a modern website design

· Proficient in keyword identification

Skills and Qualifications:

· Competency utilizing GTMetrix, Google Page speed insights, CDN, image and server optimization in order to produce a website that can load images as rapidly as possible

· Experience addressing cumulative shift layer issues and other common issues from Google Webmaster tools

· Experience maintaining responsive websites

· Ability to adapt, learn and act quickly and responsively

· Deep knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors

· Experience with data-driven analysis
