SEO Marketing Manager - B2B Lead Generation UK Market / Hours

About us:

We are a UK based Telecoms & Managed IT Support company selling services across the UK for the b2b market. Trading 13 years and looking to continue growth through lead generation. Our primary focus is to have a solid growth through SEO, PPC, email marketing and growth hacking techniques. We currently employ 60+ UK staff with 3 in the Philippines and are looking to build a team to deliver our goal.

That said, we are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Manager to join our Marketing team! As a SEO Manager you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing our SEO strategy. As our online presence is extremely important for the success of business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business' growth and ---------- O Manager duties and responsibilities:

Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy
Work towards organic search optimisation and ROI maximisation - our primary focus is lead generation not online sales.

- Regularly perform thorough keywords research

- Identify key SEO KPIs

- Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs

- Prepare and present reports regularly to show improvements

- Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences

- Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner

-Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimisation

- Collaborate with web developers and marketing team

- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices

SEO Manager requirements and qualifications:

- Experience working in a technology based sector

- be able to demonstrate successful results
Strong Experience in B2B lead generation

- can demonstrate 3 years of experience as SEO Manager or similar role

- 5 years of experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
Proven success in SEO

- 5 years of experience web analytics, marketing, and business development

-Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analysing data

-Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

-Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player

- you may also be responsible for our digital marketer and web developer who are based in the Philippines.

- Good time-management skills

- Great interpersonal and communication skills

- MA in marketing or similar relevant field
Experience in Facebook, Youtube & Linkedin Marketing would be a bonus.
