This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for SEO and all things digital marketing. We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience across a variety of SEO areas (on-site, UX, content, technical, keyword strategy, etc.) and the ability to bring this together in a multi-channel strategy. You will be someone who enjoys a variety of work across a range of different brands and wants to fast-track their digital marketing knowledge and build a long term career.
We are looking for someone with a track record of being able to create and execute an effective SEO strategy, and up to date knowledge of search engine algorithms to hit the ground running. You will be the ideal candidate if you are a self-starter who can thrive in an environment where meeting deadlines is a must, love working as part of a dynamic and collaborative team, and can show a track record of tangible SEO results for clients or businesses.

THE ROLE
A typical day will see you working on one specific client, owning the SEO execution - this means researching, developing, implementing and measuring SEO campaigns. This could include anything from technical SEO, content pieces, user experience, e-commerce and website strategies, landing pages.
Day to day you’ll be working in a small team of 3-6 people (known internally at as a ‘Pod’) and the role will involve a great deal of cross-team collaboration, along with external parties such as web developers and strategy consultants. A strong ability to manage tasks, work efficiently and communicate effectively with a team will also be critical for this role.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Taking charge of your results as a result of the SEO strategies by undertaking ongoing keyword research, performance monitoring and optimisation
Implementing all aspects of SEO to get results, including; technical, content, link building, and website usability
Regular monitoring of website performance via Google Analytics and a range of SEO industry-standard tools, and reporting through Data Studio on progress to clients and the team
Undertaking research into the competitive landscape to provide recommendations and adjust your SEO approach
Developing the keyword strategy, keyword mapping to key pages, and optimising these in order to enhance visibility in Google Search

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Skills & Experience
Experience implementing SEO strategies and an understanding of all elements affecting SEO performance and website rankings
A passion for SEO - someone who stays up to date in the industry and can showcase this
An understanding of performance metrics relevant to SEO and how to extract and report on these through Google Analytics, Data Studio and Google Search Console
Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Webmaster, Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc) and confidence to work in excel to extract relevant data (pivot tables, queries, etc.)
Understanding of other areas of digital marketing, including (but not limited to) PPC, social media, content,
Attributes
An organised, 'take charge' approach to manage their own workload and time, in particular on projects with many moving parts. This means meeting deadlines, being proactive and keeping flexible in your delivery
A positive, 'can-do' attitude that will be applied to your clients' work, the team around you and the business as a whole

Salary: This is an entry to mid-level role, and salary will be based on experience. The final salary will be based on professional experience.
