i am currently looking for a Graphic Illustrator / Designer

If you are really an expert on graphic designing, you are CREATIVE and your drawing skills are really good, then I have an opportunity for you!

WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR:

Full Time Graphic Illustrator / Designer (40 hours / week) for a long business relationship
EXPERIENCE over 1 YEAR in T- Shirt / Illustration Designs
UNDERSTANDING HOW GOOD T-SHIRTS LOOK LIKE
No use of third party vectors
We need 4-8 designs a day
Mastering Illustrator or Photoshop
Knowledge in Trademark (Don’t DO Mickey Mouse, Coca Cola Shirts :-))
We use Google Drive and Trello for workspace
Responsibility
Good English Communication

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING:

Individual salary depending on YOU for example monthly salary can go from $200 - $400 depending on the work. We will pay for each design $2 with increasing performance of course also gladly more
Long business relationship (at least 1 year or 2)
For the training in the business system, we provide videos
Easy communication via WhatsApp, Slack, Google Drive or any medium you prefer

As we only want the best designers out there for our business - we will do a little competition for this job.

If you made it to the next round we will send you 3 links or ideas of t-shirts, you will have to create those 3 ideas (yourself and unique) and send them back to us asap (deadline will be given).
