Jr Processor / Loan Concierge / Sr. Processor or Underwriter - All FULL Time and Work from HOME

We are a quickly growing mortgage brokerage in California with expansion into numerous US states in 2021. Our company name is EQUIP Mortgage ( ---------- ), and we specialize in residential real estate purchase loans and refinance loans. We have designed customized software that allows our team to be extremely efficient, organized, and work in collaboration on every loan file.

We have designed numerous work Teams that consist of (2) Jr Processors, (1) Loan Concierge, and (1) Sr Processor/ Pre-Underwriter as Team ---------- pending on your experience and personality type, any one of the rolls could suit you, and allow you the ability to quickly excel and promote to higher supervisory levels.

Jr Processor - responsible for researching, gathering and organizing relevant documents and inputting details into CRM system. This may include items such as Property tax bills, credit report, lender profile reports, opening escrow, request payoffs, insurance quotes, and insurance binders/updates, etc. (No prior Loan experience required). This roll is suited for wide range of individuals with strong analytical / research skills. Accounting / Bookkeeping experience is a plus+.

Loan Concierge - Provide assistance and communication for the Loan Officer as needed. Handle client communication as needed. For example, loan status updates, explanation of condition requests, closing coordination with escrow and real estate agents. Follow up with clients employer for written verifications of employment. This roll is well suited for individuals that enjoy customer service and have strong English communication skills (both written and verbal). You enjoy building relationships and being the peacekeeper and problem solver for clients. (No prior loan experience required) Prior customer service experience is a plus+.

Sr Processor / Pre UW - Responsible for overall review of loan application and ---------- plete income calculations, asset reviews, and update application based on ---------- n AUS (automated underwriting) and document/delegate document requests based on findings. Provide supervision, quality control oversight, and training of Jr. Processors and Loan Officer Assistant. Prefer 2 years prior experience with mortgage lending. Accounting/bookkeeping background is a plus+. Experience managing others is a plus+.

All positions are full time.
