Virtual Assistant

I need someone to accurately format journal manuscripts in MS Word using different style sheet obtained from the journal & occasionally make illustrations and graphs. Very occasionally, I will want powerpoints made from bulleted lists and lecture transcriptions. Knowing python, excel, LaTeX (any of these) is a plus and could increase hours.
