Website Developer / Website Maintenance Specialist (Wordpress/Webflow a plus)

We are currently looking for a Website Developer / Website Maintenance Specialist (Wordpress/Webflow a plus) to join our talented web team. This position reports to the Web Development Manager. The requirements and responsibilities of this position are listed below.

The Website Developer / Website Maintenance Specialist works on front-end projects as well as upgrading and maintaining code for websites/ applications for our clients. You will have the opportunity to gain expertise in new technologies and applications as well as learn client-facing attributes.

The Website Developer / Website Maintenance Specialist works on multiple sites and accounts at one time, with the goal of meeting or exceeding team and client expectations as well as making sure goals are hit on-time and efficiently. Extensive experience in designing and developing WordPress websites both with custom themes and purchased themes is necessary for this ---------- sired Skills and Experience:

Experience using website platforms (Adobe Suite, WordPress, etc.)
Webflow experience is a big plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once
Coding and SQL experience (quick, quality coding skills are a must)
Must have the ability to meet frequent tight deadlines and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Extensive experience in designing and developing WordPress websites both with custom themes and purchased themes
Knowledge of SEO best practices
Ability to think creatively and a desire to work in a team environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Maintain and improve websites to support marketing goals and objectives, continuously recommending improvements based on best practices and emerging technologies
Web content management and optimization
Extensive experience in designing and developing WordPress websites both with custom themes and purchased themes
Requirements

Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
2+ years of experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Must think strategically
Experience using website platforms (WordPress, etc.)
Previous experience building and maintaining a website
Intense attention to detail with accuracy and consistency
