JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT US:
• We sell Google Ads (+supporting services) to Small Businesses in the US. Through our ongoing service, we help them: grow their business, get more customers & get more sales.

**The Salespeople will have 2 roles (both SPa & SPb)

TOP 2 GOALS for:
**SPa: Call leads to (1) Pre-qualify & (2) Get them on a Demo Call (similar to Appointment Setter/Business Development Manager)
**SPb: Conduct the Demo Call & close the prospect into a sale (one-call close)
**Basically, you need to get SALES. (Leads will be generated for you. You don't need to worry about this part)

Other Roles:
• Following up
• Increasing Show-Up Rates
• Maintaining the company's brand & reputation
• Setting the right expectations for the Prospects
• Work together with the Account Manager and pass them information upon sale (AMs will onboard & manage client relations)


**REQUIREMENTS:
• Decent overall understanding of/experience with Google Ads and Digital Marketing Strategy, Concepts, Practices & Procedures (About: strategy, funnels, retargeting, conversions, ROI, FB ads, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Business, Business Growth, Sales Processes & Business Operations
• Excellent English, negotiation, presentation & communication skills ( you will need to talk to clients on the phone regularly)
• Excellent problem solving skills (ongoing prevention & fixing problems)
• Solid understanding of US market & culture
• Strong work experience in this relevant field
• Requirements for the SPs English accent level is 9+/10 (Minimum)
• Written English skills: 9+/10 (Minimum)

**JOB NEEDS:
• Can work during US business hours (long-term & consistently) (MUST)
• Only wants a full-time & long-term job

• Weekends & holidays not ---------- dicate if this is possible, if you can.


PAY GUIDE
In terms of the pay, it will be: BASE (40,000-90,000php/month) +Others +Performance Bonuses +Other Bonuses +Employment Benefits

We don't have an exact salary guide. We'll pay whatever the candidate's skill level is.
