Experienced Amazon Dropshipper Needed

Looking for an experienced Amazon dropshipper with an entrepreneurial spirit to work with long term. Help grow a brand new store. You should be proficient in finding profitable products, writing product descriptions that convert, and growing Amazon businesses while maintaining high profit margins and low complaints. You will be given a base pay but how much you earn will be determined on your results. Health of the account and profit margins will be taken into account when assessing performance.

-You need to be proficient enough in English to have a Skype or Zoom conversation and regular meetings will be required.
-You need to have experience running an Amazon Dropshipping store
-You need to be able to find profitable products to dropship and maintain the store. Sometimes products increase in price or go out of stock. You need to be able to keep track of that and either find another supplier or remove the listing to avoid complaints and loss in profitability.
-Experience managing others will be a plus. As the store grows, we may add employees to help with the workload. As the first employee in the company, you will be given first run at any management positions that may arise as this brand matures. Leadership qualities, including ability to manage yourself and hit targets will be taken into account.

Below you will see the compensation, the goal of which is to offer an incentive for quality work, high profit margins and happy customers. You will be able to write your own paycheck with this. Experienced Amazon dropshippers know that at store can reach $10K in sales in around 90 days, $30k in 4-5 months, and $60k in 6-8 months with the goal to be at $100k+ in less than a year. When the store reaches $100k+, you will be earning a % of sales so you will have a vested interest to grow the company and ensure profitability and longevity.

-Pay will be commensurate with experience. There will be bonuses that are offered if you hit the metrics.
