A Position is available for a refrigeration technician who is looking for a change into the BPO industry. We would like to add you to our growing customer support team in 2021. Our business is in the Australian Restaurant Equipment Industry.
About Us
We supply commercial fridges and freezers, cooking equipment, coffee machines, furniture, dishwashers, stainless steel benches and other food service/catering equipment.
Our business is made up of a small team of multi talented and flexible sales and IT professionals (mainly located in the Philippines). With low overheads we are able to provide sharp market pricing and generally pass savings onto our customers.
About the Role
We have an immediate opportunity for a proactive and experienced refrigeration technician or customer service assistant with experience in our industry to join our growing
You will be responsible for:
· Being a key contact for (answering) support related inbound calls and website visitors
· Submitting service request forms to suppliers
· Following up service requests with suppliers
· Liaising with customers to ensure their service request happens quickly and smoothly
· Explaining technical aspects of restaurant equipment to customers
· De-escalating irate customers with refrigeration issues (especially over the summer months)
· Suited to someone with prior knowledge in kitchen equipment or hospitality
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong attention to detail and a keen interest and commitment in supporting the service of key clients. You will have the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively, and be willing to learn and support the daily activities of the business to support our current
· strong experience with refrigeration.
· experience within the hospitality or kitchen equipment industry
· experience within comparable industry with heavy technical knowledge requirements
· sound knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word and Google Drive apps such as Sheets & Docs
· experience using CRMs such as Zoho, Agile, etc
· exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
· naturally helpful nature and willingness to assist wherever needed
· not a time-thief (we regularly check screenshots of your work diaries)
