Project Manager For Digital Product Launches

Our growing company has a fantastic job opportunity available for a project manager to manage our future digital product launches.

And I have to state upfront, this job isn't for everyone. We're looking for a very unique person to fill this job. You will be heading our product launch projects, liaising with external vendors and our internal team and creating training videos for our products. If we are a good fit, you don’t have to worry about job security as I prefer long term relationships over profitability.

We're looking for someone who is meticulous, good with developing processes & systems, firm with deadlines and a good team player. The end goal is for you to be the main point of contact for our projects and the keyman to get things moving.

Here's just some of the criteria that this person would meet, but please be aware that we will test you on your skill level for each requirement:

- You must be able to start immediately.

- You must be able to work during regular business hours SGT (Singapore Standard Time).

- Although you will work remotely, you will be in constant contact with me during the ---------- t only chat, but also audio. I normally use Skype or ---------- – both messenging and calls.

- You should be fluent in English. Both spoken and written. There will be lots of little tasks I will need you to do that will require you to communicate on my behalf.

- You must have some experience in project management and basic understanding of an online sales funnel.

- You must be comfortable with creation of on screen training videos for different team members or for our clients.

Some of your primary duties will be:

Project Manager

- Managing all our products-creation projects from beginning (outsourcing stage) to end (uploading and completion) as main in charge.

- Creation of system and timelines for tracking and monitoring purposes.

- Liaison person in charge between outsources and internal team

- Creation of basic training tutorials for internal team and clients
