I’m looking to hire an ambitious, energized, and highly motivated Virtua Assistant for the following role:


Facebook/Google Ads VA

Duties Include:
• Campaign creation
• Campaign management
• Campaign optimization
• Campaign structure testing
• Following best-practices for ad implementation
• Campaign performance reporting
• Audience development
• Audience optimization
• Event testing and optimization
• Attribution monitoring
• Creating campaigns for lead generation and conversions for ecomm
• Preparing campaign previews for client approval


The best applicant must be:
• Fluent or conversational in English
• Comfortable following processes
• Available to work 9-5pm EST (New York City) time
• Is a quick learner and open and willing to be invested in for training.
• Has a great attitude, is positive and happy (Negative energy need not apply.
• Is proactive and eager to support a growing team.
• Is ready to be challenged in all the best possible ways.
• Is looking for a long-term opportunity and willing to grow with a company.
• Have reliable internet (ideally more than 90% uptime)
• Must be available for daily zoom calls
