JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time digital marketer to take charge of promoting our agency business to small-to-medium sized businesses (SMBs) on the internet.

The chosen candidate will have the following skills:

1. Copywriting. He or she should have a way with words, can write marketing/ad copies, blogs/articles, social media posts, among other written content.

2. Marketing. Has worked full-time in the past as a marketing practitioner, and with knowledge in branding, marketing communications, market research, preferably one who has worked in an agency environment.

3. Graphic Design. Should have a good sense of design -- page layouting, basic graphic designing using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar design applications.

4. Web Design. We don't expect him/her to be a professional web designer/developer. But, it would be a major plus if he/she is familiar with UX/UI design or has some knowledge of it, practically someone who knows what works in websites from a user-experience design perspective.

5. Digital Marketing. We prefer him/her to be really knowledgeable in some or all of the following areas: SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation.

The chosen candidate will be on a trial work arrangement for 3 months for 15-20 hours per week. If he/she is successful, meaning he shows positive work attitude, attentive to detail, focused on work, with high integrity, blends well with our team, he/she can look forward to a full-time work of around 30-40 hours per week.

We want someone who can focus on our work. He/she will not be allowed to accept any other jobs while working for us. This is a requirement.

Salary range: $4.00-$5.00/hr
