JOB OVERVIEW

Operations Manager | Process Improvement (Remote)

Overall Purpose:
Improve organizational effectiveness by implementing delivery and operational excellence practices across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

WFH experience preferred - but not required!

• Should have handled a team of 100+ associates
• Relevant experience as a Senior Manage level with a major portion in team leading responsibilities
• Sound Understanding of the BPO industry processes.
• Must be a very hands on individual who can roll up his/her sleeves to accomplish the desired results.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to use systematic, disciplined and data driven methods that get to root causes and solution identification
• Decision making: Exercises administrative judgment and assumes responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results having an impact on people, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area
• Quality: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and overall quality of work is as per the requirements specified
• Teamwork: Gives and welcomes feedback, contributes to building positive team spirit, supports everyone’s efforts to succeed
• Communication: Clear and good verbal and written communication skills; expresses opinion without hesitation
• Ethics: Treats people with respect, keeps commitments and works with integrity


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any course
5++ years Operations Management experience with process improvement projects/ Business Process ---------- monstrated ability of leading and managing large scale operations.
The ability to tackle challenging, unique, and ambiguous situations on a daily basis and a proven track record with reliance on data analysis.
Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as a strong technical and analytical aptitude.
The ability to think critically to make independent decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Willing to work US Time; 8AM – 5PM CST.
