Full Stack Developer/Graphic Designer

We are looking for an easy going but passionate Full Stack Developer/Graphic Designer with big emphasis on the front-end to join our growing marketing company. This position is responsible for developing full-stack web-based apps that acquires, processes, and maintain development projects for both internal and client-facing applications, websites, landing pages, & any other web-based design, programming, and server-based development. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the CEO and marketing coordinator. The Full Stack Developer/Graphic Designer will have broad experience in a variety of technologies and be able to work effectively in a relaxed but at times fast-paced, friendly, and dynamic environment.
The Full Stack Developer/Graphic Designer must be friendly, work well with others and independently, and promotes positivity and drama free. This is a team-oriented environment where you will work to innovate, plan, strategize, and create marketing collateral for the brand, social media, websites, etc. Must be able to work as part of a team and work independently depending on the project or assigned work duty.
As a Full Stack Developer/Graphic Designer you will work with the development of the company and client’s projects such as but not limited to websites, building funnels, backend development, designing graphics, illustrations, logos, UX/UI designs, social media creatives for posts, etc.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Work independently, dynamically, and as part of the team to troubleshoot business problems, fix defects, provide technical solutions, and innovations.
• Make excellent decisions regarding which software tools will best fit business needs, integrating new solutions with existing applications and be able to innovate for business growth.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate technical information clearly in written, group presentations, and one-on-one discussions.
• Design and drive projects through the full web/application development lifecycle.
• Gathers project requirements, troubleshoot problems, fix defects, and design technical solutions. Must provide solutions or be able to learn new concepts and languages to develop and execute technical resolutions.
• Develop/design and continuously test for UX/UI usability, web-based or server-side applications, websites, and landing pages.
• Integrate server-side and client-side APIs or must willing to learn.
• Write clean, readable, fast, and maintainable codes with minimal external dependencies.
• Create mockups, custom web design, and template customizations.
• Develop and customize WordPress based CMS and Shopify sites.
• Create creative designs for website illustrations, social media posts, and logos.
• Website optimization; strategize and optimize on-page technical SEO
• Website tracking, Google keyword tracking, Google Analytics tracking, and Google Tag Manager.
• Other duties as assigned and requested including ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications Required
• 3+ years’ experience with Full Stack Development and Designer
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Developed and Designed high converting landing pages, websites, and Blogs
• WordPress and Shopify Site development and optimizations
• Must know how to develop website Project Staging, mockup design, prototypes, template design, Wireframing, Sitemap, and use tools to perform each of these
• Clean HMTL, CSS, and JavaScript codes
• CSS grid and Flexbox
• Familiar with Kendo UI library
• One or more JavaScript Frameworks or willing to learn: React Angular JS, Node.JS, Vue JS
• Experience using Git and Github
• WordPress and or Drupal, experience with Shopify or willing to learn and adapt
• Up-to-date skills In Adobe Suites; Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, InDesign, Acrobat DC
• Develops website animations, transitions, parallax, and effects
Nice To Have – Bonus Qualifications (but not required)
• Bootstrap
• Knowledge with SQL and MySQL (or equivalents)
• Experience with Git
• PHP, C#, and or Python knowledge or expertise
• Software Customization/Integration/Development
• Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook API’s, and conversion tracking/pixel placement (highly preferred)
• Website and landing page A/B split testing
• Technical SEO (highly preferred)
• SEO Copy Writing
Education
• Computer Science (Preferred) or equivalent work experience. Other backgrounds will be considered based on experience/knowledge and how motivated you are.
