--- ABOUT THE ROLE ---

As the Recruitment & Talent Assistant you'll be responsible for identifying and attracting high performing talent to Australia's leading Physio & Pilates company - largely via LinkedIn!

You'll 'own' the OUTBOUND recruitment process in conjunction with the key internal stakeholders and will provide strategies that help us build a team of key ‘A’ players that will take Best Body to the next level. You will also be responsible for creating meaningful connections with ‘future’ talent to ensure we have a list of individuals knocking on our door when opportunity strikes!

As an enthusiastic and passionate Recruitment & Talent Assistant, you understand the vital role of attracting high performing, culturally aligned individuals into the organisation and the role they will play in creating impact on the communities we serve.

You are authentic, integral and inquisitive when dealing with people, and seek to understand their motivations, passions and direction.

You'll be a pivotal player in the Best Body Squad and be empowered to really own this space and make your mark.

--- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ---

Two years experience of using LinkedIn for recruitment.
An obsession with details, getting to really understand people and searching til you find the best talent!
Strong communication skills. You will need to be able to communicate effectively and keep candidates, internal and external stakeholders, updated with clear and accurate information.
Leaves their ego at the door. You have integrity, talent, are outgoing, have a palpable excitement about the future, and don't show it off. Shadiness, mediocrity, cynicism, and excessive "constructive criticism" are out.
Loves variety. You'll be using all kinds of systems, apps, and technologies - everything from Mindbody to social media. New technology is exciting for ---------- n easily switch gears. You have the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise your work in a changing environment - you understand that things change as new information is made available. You don't mind managing multiple projects and have the ability to have a few balls up in the air at the same time.
