JOB OVERVIEW

You will need to be proficient in Japanese language for this job.

We are looking for a committed VA to handle influencer researching, social media account managing and customer service for our Japan e-commerce store. We want serious people only as we are looking for a long-term VA that will be rewarded with a percentage of commission from our total sales revenue.

Requirements:
- Able to work 10am - 5pm (with 1-hour lunch break in between), Monday to Saturday
- Patient, hardworking and proactive
- Willing to learn
- Fluent in Japanese with proper grammar skills

Scope of work:
1. Researching on Japanese influencers in the niche and reach out to them for collaboration
2. Managing social media accounts (Instagram, Tiktok)
3. Handling customer emails through Zendesk
4. Moderating Facebook pages
5. Translating English copies to Japanese

Training will be provided for the tasks but you will need to be proficient in Japanese language for this job.

You will be rewarded with 3% commission on our total sales revenue.

We will prioritize applicants who have prior experience in the job scope outlined above.
