Shopify reamaze live chat

I don't know how to use reamaze much so if you don't know how to either it wouldnt make sense. So I need someone experienced who has time to put into it.
Would need to be able to fully understand the store- I would give you some guideance on basic questions like returns, refunds, exchanges and then other questions at first you would probally ask me for advice and then after that if someone asks the same question would you be able to remember what to say ect.
You would only do the live chats not emails
