Our marketing agency helps grow Medical clients and right now we are looking for a motivated, hard-working partner to join our patient concierge team.

This is perfect for someone with customer service or some sales experience.

Our company is unique because instead of just generating leads, we take things one step further by following up and actually booking appointments for our clients. By doing this, we generate more appointments for our clients, better results, and they’re a whole lot happier (;

The role we are looking to hire for is called an “Appointment Setter” as a part of our Patient Concierge team. For this, you will be responsible for:

- Making inbound and outbound phone calls to patient leads to book appointments
- Handling client messages through text and email using a large database of templates + responses
- Daily reporting and updating of our systems
- Iterating, improving, & creating new systems
- Solving problems that arise

This is a fast-paced role. The ideal candidate must have excellent English, a strong aptitude for computers, is comfortable taking phone calls, and is good at multitasking and working quickly.

If you speak Spanish as well that is a huge bonus!

The faster you are, and the better you can handle client accounts, then the more appointments you can book and the more you can make!

There is room to move into a higher-paid management position for the right candidate because we are growing fast. It is projected that we’ll hire 10 more people for our concierge team in the next six months.
