Facebook ads specialist

I own a marketing company based in London, UK. I do Facebook ads, and send traffic via a lander to a ---------- vendor, and make affiliate income. I am looking for someone to join our team. Part time or full time are both possible.

You need to be able to:
1 Set up a Facebook page,
2 Set up BMs, campaigns and ads. I will provide images and text.
3 Create landing pages, I will provide images and text.
4 You must have very good Facebook account experience.
5 You must be able to avoid and fix account and business manager (BM) shut downs. This is my biggest problem. Even though my ads are compliant, Facebook are shutting down a lot of accounts at the moment.
6 You will be working on BMs, accounts and pages that you own or create. You are responsible for these assets. You will not be running them on my assets.
