JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a team manager with a great understanding of customer service & social media

We’re looking for an individual with at least 4 years of team management experience, with a proven track record of managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.

The Team Manager will be client facing, will work closely with the content team and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple projects.

You will use Tasks management software such as clickup (similar to basecamp and asana and teamwork)

You will be able to easily communicate on slack and zoom in English also

This role is not for the shy and timid, you must not be afraid to step up and be an effective team player with exceptional skills and knowledge in providing proactive support for the team. The ideal candidate is someone who is goal-oriented and have outstanding people’s skills.

Key areas:

-Track project schedules while constantly removing roadblocks for the content production team

-Create and organize task briefs for the content teams

-Manage and communicate all of your ongoing client schedules with the project team

- Monitor and provide quality assurance on each project to ensure all tasks are delivered to the highest quality
