The successful candidate must have these abilities and skills:
• Ability to analyze inventory.
• A good understanding of Customer Fulfillment Management
• Orders screening - data cleanup, coordinate with customer service for orders related to Cancellation, change address, or product adjustment. Provide the necessary solution to deliver customer orders on time.
• Meticulous on data processing and well verse on Excel formulas and function (Lookups, pivot, and data presentation).
• Ability to prioritize critical orders. Special requests for influencers and coordinate information across the region.
• Ability to analyze shipping rates and customer lead time requirements.
• Ability to express the transaction or scenario of a situation in writing or verbal.
• Positive interpersonal skills.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, business, or any related to supply chain.
• At least a year of inventory, cost, or related accounting experience.
• Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel.
• General understanding of E-commerce business.
