Virtual Agent (Fulfillment staff)

Under the supervision of the Sr. Fulfillment Manager, You will be processing daily orders to ship to customers, marketing partners and work closely with the customer service team to support customer requests and ---------- sential Functions

The successful candidate must have these abilities and skills:
• Ability to analyze inventory.
• A good understanding of Customer Fulfillment Management
• Orders screening - data cleanup, coordinate with customer service for orders related to Cancellation, change address, or product adjustment. Provide the necessary solution to deliver customer orders on time.
• Meticulous on data processing and well verse on Excel formulas and function (Lookups, pivot, and data presentation).
• Ability to prioritize critical orders. Special requests for influencers and coordinate information across the region.
• Ability to analyze shipping rates and customer lead time requirements.
• Ability to express the transaction or scenario of a situation in writing or verbal.
• Positive interpersonal skills.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, business, or any related to supply chain.
• At least a year of inventory, cost, or related accounting experience.
• Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel.
• General understanding of E-commerce business.
