Need a VA to do ideas research for t-shirts business

HERE ARE THE JOB INFORMATION

The business is selling funny or cool sayings t-shirts on Facebook, the buyers are mostly from the US. The shirts ideas are from unlimited niches. Ex: teachers, fire fighter, hockey fans, tv show fans, those who like pit bull dog...

REQUIREMENTS:
- My main require is research for t-shirts ideas for unlimited niches, as much as you can, BUT focus on the quality of the ideas first. You choose a niche then search for ideas for that niches. Ex: you're searching for sayings/ideas for the women who like mountain bikes, let make sure that they will like to wear a shirt with those sayings/ideas.
- You must have a good knowledge of U.S culture and daily life. Good sense to choose funny or cool ideas that people will like.
- Hard work and focus on the results of the job
- The other requires are just some simple tasks I will show you later.

TRAINING:
- I will give you training files and training on Skype as well. I will do my best to help you do the job well.

WORKING HOURS:
- 40 hours a week
- Philippines daytime

SALARY:
- Payment method: Paypal
- At the first month, to build the trust between us and to see how well you do the job, I will pay you once a week.
- If you do a good job, we will work together in long tern, I will pay twice a month.
- The salary is negotiable, and I promise a BONUS at least $100/month if you did a good job, you can get BIGGER BONUS if you did a great job.
