Technical Support

This is a Technical Support role where you will be required to review tender specifications and populate the relevant data into our Excel quote templates/ NetSuite ERP. There will be some data entry into our NetSuite ERP also.

Having experience in Mechanical Engineering or the construction industry will be a definite advantage, as you will be reviewing specifications and schematics for mechanical plant and pumping equipment.
Having an intermediate-advanced knowledge of Excel will be useful.
You must have an eye for detail, be methodical and possess a willing team spirit. Our company is small and dynamic, with a reputation of being an enjoyable company work in. We encourage regular communication and have various training programs to help you. Our core product range includes pumping equipment and pressure tanks.
You are also required to possess a good computer and have reliable internet speed.
This can be a part-time or full-time role.
