Credit Repair Specialist

Job duties:
•Customer service
•Sending out dispute letters to creditors and all 3 major credit bureaus on behalf of clients on the same day you create the letters in the software
•Sending updates to clients every 33-45 days
(Software automatically set to remind you at day 35, new letters and updates have to be sent before day 45)
•Addressing client concerns
•Saving each monthly update to the appropriate assigned folder in google shared drive for record keeping
•Respond to messages from clients via client portal

Requirements:
•Must speak clear ENGLISH
•experience in credit repair services/disputes
•experience in credit repair software
•customer service experience
•eager to learn
•trustworthy
•respectful at all times
•able to handle upset clients
•must have screen recording active during work hours
•must submit all clients worked on at the end of each day and any issues that you’ve had Via email
