The job will entail performing the following tasks through the day:

3. Performing product research using guidance provided by our designers
The assistant should have the following qualities:
1. Proficient in English
2. Fast typing skills
3. Must have access to a laptop and high-speed internet with back-up during power outage
4. Must have previous customer service experience including replying
5. Experience with Shopify is a MUST
6. Experience with Chargebacks and Paypal is a MUST
7. Experience with Social media management is a MUST (FB and Instagram)
8. Proficient in Chinese is considered an asset
Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday at 10:00PM- 7:00PM PH TIME / Day off: Monday and tuesday
