JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for our next Team Member to fill an entry level role on our Support Team. This position will soon be a full time position but to start, we will have you work about 20 hours per week to learn the basics and complete some projects for us so we can make sure you're a good fit.

You'll need to be technically savvy, have good language writing skills, ask good questions and be a good communicator. Tech support background is good, tech support for Podio is better, knowledge of InvestorFuse 3.0 is best! :)

We work on Eastern Time, US and you're full time hours will be 10AM Eastern to 6PM Eastern time, this is not negotiable.

This position is still being defined but long term the responsibilities of this position will roughly be:

- Answer customer inquiries in the order it was received
- Check customer history / conversations to gain context
- Troubleshooting user issues
- Tagging new bugs Developers upon discovery during communications with the customer
- Adding customer, lead input, and/or churn information into our CRM.
- Channel tickets to the appropriate department/owner
- Obtain and summarize all necessary information and data about this customer issue for the department that will address the concern
- Tagging feature requests and customer inquiries for Knowledge Base article creation
- Assist in creation of new Knowledge Base articles
- Assist with data migration tasks when necessary as assigned by Office Manager
- Simple lead inputs when necessary and when assigned
- Provide quality service in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Special projects as assigned
