Client Managment and Outreach

We are a Medical Supply company based in the Southeastern United States that services Hospitals, Fire Departments, Police Departments, Suppliers, etc. We need someone who can go through our client database and reach out to clients on a daily basis to ensure that we have constant communication with everyone. This consists of sending emails and WhatsApp messages every day asking clients what items they need and offering out our new products and pricing.

We need someone who:
1) Can read, write, and, speak excellent English
2) Has good communication skills
3) Works well with others
4) Passionate about great customer service
5) Has experience with CRM or can learn quickly
6) Can fulfill an order from start to finish
7) Has access to good reliable internet, phone, etc
