JOB OVERVIEW

JOB DESCRIPTION – VIRTUAL TRAVEL NURSE RECRUITER

Must provide a minimum of a 2-minute selfie video introducing yourself and why you would be a good fit for our team. We will not review applicants who do not provide this video.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are a small company with a close-knit team. We view all members of the company as highly valued team players, working to grow the company together. You may not be physically present at our office, but you will be here virtually and work together with the rest of the team.

As a recruiter, you will be reviewing job ads, sourcing, communicating with applicants, screening, qualifying and scheduling interviews with candidates for open job positions. We build relationships with our travel nurses (RNs, LPNs, LNAs, CNAs) with the very first phone text message, phone call or email- which is you! You will have a lot of interaction over the text messaging, phone calls, instant messaging and email with our other travel recruiters for the recruiting responsibilities. There will be goals and quota for recruiting and appointment setting.

WORK HOURS:

The position is full time (40 hours/week), working hours are 10 am - 6 pm EST Saturday - ---------- PENSATION:

• $700/month

JOB DUTIES:

• Post and/or refresh 1-2 new job ads Weekly

• Source candidates from Indeed, past applicant database (we have over 3,000!)

• Text, call and email applicants to build rapport, screen & qualify, and schedule Zoom interviews (using JazzHR platform). Help team onboard staff through GoCo.

• Remind applicants of interview and reschedule if needed.

• Contact missed interview candidates to reschedule interview daily.

• Contact dormant applicants & recruit from that group daily.

• Assist applicants in applying for their local state license.

• Book interviews with qualified applicants & notify team (HR or team) via phone / instant messaging / calendar (using JazzHR).

• Conference Call in for daily stand-up meetings (10:15am EST) & weekly staff meetings every Monday 1 pm – 2 pm (EST)

• Analyze data from recruiting metrics and make adjustments accordingly to recruiting attempts (posting ads, sourcing, rapport building, or other factors that affect relationship with applicants)

• Stay up to date on recruiting trends & apply knowledge towards role

• Research competitors and adjust recruiting techniques so we remain competitive

• GOAL to hire 30-35 per month

DAILY (minimum- company will adjust goals if needed):

o Source: 30 candidates

o Schedule Interviews: 8-10/day Mon-Friday, between 9:00am-5:00pm

o Contact & screen 50-75 potential travel staff. Build rapport & invite to interview if qualified.

o Call dormant candidates or previous employees on availability

Your Core Responsibilities:

Recruitment

? Partner with HR Team to determine staffing needs.

? Work closely with HR Team regarding onboarding, new hire paperwork, background checks, job ads, advertising, etc.

? Serve as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory.

? Follow-up with candidates regarding the recruitment process.

? Use traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, to identify and attract quality candidates.

? Complete start-to-finish follow-through on all new travel employees.

? Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and on travel spreadsheet.

? Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy.

? Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal office staff and external applicants to ensure achievement of staffing goals.

? Attend Monday meetings by Skype and provide travel employment activity/updates.

Screening & Placement:

? Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone and in person), administer appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, make recommendations for hire (or not hire) and deliver employment offer contracts for Travel employees.

? Manage internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.

? Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements and contracts).



We will need the following information to please:

- A screenshot of your speed test results to show a wired, reliable, and high-speed internet connection. (25mbps)

- 2 monitors and a reliable computer.

- Tablet or a cell phone for a live feed on google meet.

- We will need to you to remotely log into a desktop computer in our office to work from.

- Backup interest and power are also a must.

- Noise cancellation Headset with Microphone is a must as you will be speaking with candidates a lot.

- Quiet home or office space- 2 supervisor references
