Marketing Manager (Digital, Social, WordPress)

Interference Advisors, LLC ( ---------- erference.consulting) is the leading data and analysis provider in Quantum Tech. Our sister company, OneQuantum, LLC ( ---------- ) is the largest community and events organization for people who work in Quantum Tech.

We are looking for a part time digital marketing manager for both businesses. Your responsibilities will include:
1) Website: We operate a total of 5 websites (on WordPress) and need someone to maintain these websites including (1) updates and maintenance (2) improvements of CTAs and a/b testing for conversion (3) new content and pages
2) Social Media: For the two LLCs we post on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook 2 - 3 times a day with original content including images, graphics or videos. You will (1) run the content calendar (2) create the social media posts for our audience (3) optimize posting times and performance (hashtags, mentions, etc)
3) Newsletters: We distribute 3 newsletters and you will be (1) in charge of taking the original content that the team provides to make it look good (2) add news content, links and references (3) included CTAs and (4) distribute them effectively
4) Graphic Design: We produce a significant amount of highly professional graphics (see ---------- for examples) and you will take the data and guidance the team provides to you to (1) design professional and branded graphics and distribute them
