What you will do:

Join us and you will do a range of activities that require you to be organised, precise on the way to execute things, and meticulous, for example:

Assist us on our hiring process, by applying our strategies and methods
Follow and be part of the influencers daily actions, by tracking and observing what has been done
Assist to the meetings and take notes, know what are the “for action” to come
Support the team on several recurring tasks


What we expect from you:

Knowledge in recruitment;
Be very organized;
Be meticulous and details oriented;
Be reliable & trustworthy;
Like to work with others & please others;
Fluent in English;
Be an expert at Microsoft Excel;
Be proficient with Asana;
Be proficient in Google Drive;
Be proficient in Slack.
