Digital marketer + Web/WordPress Developer

I'm looking for someone that can take on this role, someone that's a WordPress developer, graphic designer and very knowledgeable about digital marketing. I need someone that can identify a great tool or plugin that can curate articles for the website, add contents, improve the existing state. The website is already great looking with a Premium Magazine Wordpress Theme from Orange Themes called Quadrum ----------

Latest articles will need to be curate from across the web, and going forward add more contents. Also a project part of the website to encourage user generated contents from video to arts. The successful candidate will push forwards different means of growing the website and add different means of generating revenue for the website from Patreon, Cashapp, Adsense, SEO etc.
